There was literally nothing that should have alerted steam support and since anything like this never happened to me i was just not thinking about having any kind of proofs.

What i dont understand is that why i got banned in first place (changing password 3 months ago should not be the issue right ? ) and i control authenticator, i have recovery code, access to number and current email.

I have given them 2 emails and one number i had before current ones, i guess i could provide old passwords too but i just dont remember original email (ones i tried were wrong ) and i was just using street kiosks to buy games. The thing i dont remember original email and i was filling my wallet from kiosks in street ( they are pretty common in CIS region) and obviously i don't keep kiosk receipts for 2 years. Well i still don't have any idea why did i get community ban-' This account may have been accessed by someone else.' I am fairly sure it was not. I have tried to re-install Steam, flush my DNS and renew my IP and I have restarted my router and computer. Here is a screenshot of what I see when I try to log in: The last 2 days I have not been able to connect to the Steam Servers! It started after I bought a new router, but everything else works fine, only Steam is having issues. If someone manages to fix your problem it doesn't hurt to reply to them letting them know that their solution worked.
